Emma's 2nd Birthday!

It has been a busy couple of weeks here, so I am catching up on my posts. Emma's b-day was on Monday & it was so fun with my sister's girls here from California. We went to Build-a-Bear Workshop at the mall. Emma is one spoiled little 2 yr. old, thanks to her grandparents who were all able to come to the party, that was a first. The cake we made turned out really well, Dan & I are thinking about starting a cake company, just kidding! We have a lot of fun doing it.

I love trying out new recipes, so I taped a few cooking shows & had fun trying out these meals. I'm going to take a cooking class with Eliška this year because she loves cooking with me.

I'm so grateful for Dan's job, it has been such a blessing for our family. His company, Cirque Corp. just won the award for the best place to work in Utah (in the 50 employees or less category). I'm so grateful for Joe & Amber helping Dan get this job right out of college!
