So El turned five! We had a fun family party with her little cousin, who turned one (their Birthdays are 1 day apart). We went to kangaroo zoo and out to Chinese, which El requested as her favorite food! She got a lot of grown-up gifts: a digital camera, a CD player, CD's, a watch, make-up, and some DVDs. She requested a castle cake this year and it turned out really cute!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Emma!
We had fun on Em's B-day. We saw ice age 3, went to the Disney store, the zoo on Friday, & cake with family on Saturday. She got a doll that swims in the water, baby play stuff, clothes, & some stuffed animals. Can't believe my baby's 3!

Emma's 2nd Birthday!
It has been a busy couple of weeks here, so I am catching up on my posts. Emma's b-day was on Monday & it was so fun with my sister's girls here from California. We went to Build-a-Bear Workshop at the mall. Emma is one spoiled little 2 yr. old, thanks to her grandparents who were all able to come to the party, that was a first. The cake we made turned out really well, Dan & I are thinking about starting a cake company, just kidding! We have a lot of fun doing it.

24
I don't know why, but I have really liked being 23. I don't know, 24 just sounds old to me. I know this is absurd of course! Anywho, it was a fun b-day weekend. Dan & the kids definitely spoiled me like crazy! Dan surprised me by taking work off for my b-day & I woke up to pretty flowers, cards, gifts & a breakfast at Cracker Barrel (yum). Then Sat. we tried to go out to our fav ice cream place, Leatherby's in Provo, but they have shut down! So sad, they had the biggest, best banana splits. So we went to Olive Garden instead (I love their lemon cake). And today Dan surprised me again with a yummy ice cream cake from Coldstone! I feel so special, I'm starting to like 24...
p.s. thanks for all the cards & well-wishing!

Crooked Oak Ranch
We just got back from visiting my parents in Texas. This is the last Christmas there, since they are moving to Utah in April (yay!) We were trying to think of names for the ranch because it just sounds cooler to have a name for it! My dad thought of 'Crooked Oak' because of all the Oak trees, but crooked kind of has a negative connotation, so we're still brainstorming. The weather was great, I didn't even need a jacket! Anyway, here are some pics & videos (warning: there are a lot of em'! My mom wanted to see them all, so this is for you!)

we didn't wait long enough & all of our roofs fell off!
I LOVE my nieces Callie & Kenzie! I hardly ever get to see them, so we had a lot of fun
